Dr. Joe Borio
Chiropractor and Founder of Chiropassion Consulting
Dr. Joe Borio was born in Syracuse, New York in 1965. He is the third of four children born to wonderful parents, who owned a popular local Italian Restaurant. It was working at the restaurant, that Joe learned the meaning of hard work. In high school and college, Joe played various sports and enjoyed the benefits of great health and performance.
Dr. Borio was inspired to enter the profession of chiropractic due to having health challenges and having to seeing a chiropractor regularly. Dr. Borio wanted to offer health and wellness to the people in the same community that he grew up in.
Dr. Borio graduated from The State University of New York at Brockport studying Biology and Chemistry and National University of Health Services studying the Doctor of Chiropractic. After graduation, Joe opened his own office, Borio Chiropractic Health Center, located in Cicero, New York. He grew his practice into one of the largest in the country, helping thousands of people live a healthier and happier life.
In his effort to drive success for chiropractors and the profession, Dr. Borio Founded Chiropassion Consulting in 2004. Chiropassion Consulting’s Mission is to assist and lead successful, motivated, and passionate chiropractors and their teams all around the world. Dr. Borio has developed protocols and procedures to give every Chiropractor the tools they need to achieve, excel and master in their chiropractic practice. Dr. Borio coaches with passion, total commitment, patience, and hard work. He cares about each individual person and their practices, like they are his own. Our clients will tell you, Dr. Borio is honest, authentic and passionate. His motivational speaking and conviction combined with his love for chiropractic is apparent in everything he does and brings to Chiropassion Consulting.
Dr. Borio is also contributes to many Chiropractic Journals, serves on the Board of Trustees at Sherman College of Chiropractic, Brother of the Chiropractic Knights of the Round Table and is a member of the IFCO. Dr. Borio has spoken at Cal Jam, Mile High, FOCUS, Chirofest, New Beginnings and many other Chiropractic Associations Events and Seminars across the United States and Internationally.

Chiropassion CA Coach
LeeAnn has been working with Dr. Borio for over 19 years as his Head Office Manager.
LeeAnn knows all of the ins-and-outs of how to run a successful chiropractic office. LeeAnn is a master in training and coaching top Chiropractor Assistants and Chiropractor Office Team Members no matter their prior work experience.
"My expertise in working with the financial aspects of the office and with staff training at every level and position within the chiropractic office enables me to be an expert on CA training and of course with client CA coaching. I believe that chiropractic care allows our bodies the best possible way to heal ourselves in order to live a long and healthy life. My family receives regular chiropractic care which includes my grandchildren since they were born (and before)!"
Fun Facts: I have had the honor of being married to a wonderful man, we have eight children, and twelve grandchildren. I am active within my community and I currently serve on the board for Father Champlin’s Guardian Angel Society. I am a weekly volunteer for religious education at my church, as well as other volunteer work. My love to read and knit allows me a quiet joy when time allows.
Lisa Guerin

Lisa has been working with Dr. Borio at Borio Chiropractic Health Center for over 10 years as a Front Desk Chiropractor Assistant, Manager and Trainer.
After several years as Dr. Joe’s Assistant, Lisa became a coach and trainer for Chiropassion Consulting Chiropractors, Chiropractor Assistants and Chiropractic Teams.

Fun Facts: I am a dog lover and have my own dogs who are my family. I love my quiet weekends and love spending time with family and friends.
Amanda Stewart
Administrative Assistant
Amanda joined the Borio Chiropractic family in the spring of 2017 and immediately impacted our team through her forward thinking and ability to find creative solutions, while always maintaining a smile and positive attitude. Over five years later, Amanda has held many positions in the office and currently works as an administrative assistant for Chiropassion Consulting.
Fun Facts: Amanda is a mom of 2 precious little girls who mean the world to her! Making cakes and decorating them is one of her favorite hobbies she wishes she had more time for!
